Biography

Dr. Bissell grew up in New York City. She attended the State University of New York-Binghamton where she received her BA in biology in a 3-year Advanced Biology program. She received her medical degree from New York Medical College. After completing her residency program at North Shore University Hospital in New York, she moved to Northern Virginia and joined OBGYNNOVA.

Dr. Bissell enjoys skiing, traveling, and running in her spare time.
