Biography
Dr. Ebeid is an experienced Obstetrician-Gynecologist who has been practicing in DC / Maryland / Virginia since 2005. She is Board-certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is known for her empathy with patients and excellent medical and surgical skills. She has a special interest in general OBGYN as well as minimally invasive surgery and pediatric gynecology. Dr. Ebeid had various OBGYN leadership positions over the past 16 years. Most recently, during 2008-2021 she was the Medical Director of Inova Cares Clinic for Women and the Lead OBGYN Hospitalist at Inova Fairfax Hospital, which is one of the busiest and highest-ranked OBGYN hospitals nationwide. She recently established Merit Women’s Care, a new OBGYN practice that is close to Inova Fairfax Hospital where she operates and is about 20 minutes from DC and Maryland, to provide concierge quality medical care at no additional cost. Dr. Ebeid is an Assistant Clinical Professor at UVA and held similar positions at GW and VCU. She is a Founding Member and a prior Board member of the Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is one of nine editors of the national Journal of OB-GYN Hospital Medicine. Dr. Ebeid accepts most health insurance policies and is fluent in English, Arabic, and Spanish.
