Biography

Dr. Diana Shustarovich was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and was raised in Brooklyn, NY. After graduating from Stony Brook University, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology while working at a dermatology office. It was during this time that she made her decision to pursue medicine. After obtaining her Master’s Degree in Physiology at Georgetown University, she earned her MD from George Washington University, where she fell in love with Washington, DC. She subsequently moved down south to New Orleans, LA for residency and to find the best king cake in the US. Coming back to the DMV area after residency was a no-brainer! Her clinical interests include comprehensive family planning and pelvic pain. She is fluent in Russian.

Outside of work, Dr. Shustarovich has a passion for travel and exploration, running and trying different cuisines. She enjoys spending time with her family and two nieces and nephew in Brooklyn and hanging out with her family’s Giant Schnauzers. She is also passionate about French bulldogs and is getting ready to adopt her first Frenchie fur baby. She is very excited to further her career in the DMV area and can’t wait to take care of the women of Virginia!
